Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a binding reservation. Availability is confirmed only after we respond to your inquiry and you complete the booking process, including deposit payment.
Expeditions are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Deposits are typically 30% of the total expedition cost and are non-refundable within 45 days of the departure date.
Cancellations made more than 45 days before departure receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made 30-45 days before departure forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure result in forfeiture of all payments.
falcon-wave reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel expeditions due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund of payments made.
